Came here during my school holidays to try MMA. Everyone is really friendly and open — even if you're shy or have social anxiety, don't worry. The price is really affordable (monthly, not per class). The head coach is Melvin 'Overkill' Yeoh, a former ONE Championship fighter, and I even got to see pro fighter Jihin Radzuan train. Definitely recommend for any level, from beginner to pro.
Awesome place to learn self-defence and cardio! The trainers are friendly and patient, and take time to focus on posture and technique above anything else. They push and encourage us to complete all the drills, and I love how the instructor corrects our form. 10/10 power class.
The coach is meticulous and patient; I've learned a lot of self-defence skills here. I went from someone who'd get tired after running just a few steps to gradually joining competitions. A really good gym.
Friendly instructors, wide range of equipment — standard heavy bags for training power transfer, lighter bags to train explosive speed, a hard-skinned bag for practising penetration, and plenty of sparring space (freely or with instruction). It's also a cat-haven 🐱
