What to expect
Muay Thai — the art of eight limbs — has been UMA's flagship discipline since 2006. You'll build real striking power and timing through pad-work, bag rounds and controlled, friendly sparring.
Total beginners through to competitors. No experience needed — coaches start you on the fundamentals.
Near Senai — train at our Kulai branch in Bandar Indahpura, just minutes away. The Kulai branch in Bandar Indahpura is just down the road — a few minutes via the Senai–Kulai stretch, far closer than driving into JB. You'll find us at 228A, Jalan Kiambang 15, Bandar Indahpura, 81000 Kulai, Johor.
We regularly have members training with us from Senai town, Seelong and the airport area.
