What to expect
Muay Thai — the art of eight limbs — is UMA's flagship discipline since 2006. You'll build real striking power and timing through pad-work, bag rounds and controlled, friendly sparring.
Total beginners through to competitors. No experience needed — coaches start you on the fundamentals.
